Module 1
Communication and Consent
All trauma arises from a moment when someone, intentionally or not, overstepped your boundaries, and you, for various reasons, were unable to react. Reconciling these tensions can only happen within an environment built on trust and safety, with the full capacity to consent.
To achieve this, we must learn about our true limits and desires, as well as how to express them fearlessly. We must also clearly understand the limits and desires of others, both personally and professionally.
The first module is about this: understanding how consent works within our relationships and how to express it, as well as learning to listen to others. This is the foundation of the entire CSEIT process and needs to be integrated into our lives and therapeutic approach to build more intimate, nurturing bonds and avoid entering into toxic or projective relationships.

Module 2
Introduction to energy flow
Everything is energy. Our body, our thoughts, our emotions… learning how the subtle energy flow works allows us to reach bodies beyond the physical, become more empathetic, learn to protect ourselves from external energies and observe and direct internal ones. Furthermore, we learn to maintain presence and neutrality so that, when mirroring another’s energy, we don’t project what isn’t ours, but rather use this mirroring to be even more assertive in our treatments.
In this module, we will understand how energy works within Tantric and Taoist philosophy, how it connects with all current neuroscience studies, and how we will feel how it works in our own body so we can use it in the body of another.

Module 3-4
Emotional Intelligence
How do you feel your emotions? How do you react to them? What bodily sensations does each one bring? Do they overwhelm you, or do you overwhelm them?
Understanding how our emotions work, embracing them, and observing them without immediate reactions is an art, but it’s part of the process of emotional awareness, where we understand that our anger, sadness, anxiety, guilt, fear… already exist within us, and it’s not the other person who causes them, but their actions mirror something that triggers that emotion in you. Can you recognize what these triggers are?
Of course, there are many nuances involved. Dealing with emotions means dealing with the irrational complexity of human beings, and in this module, we’ll learn tools to manage them, as well as help others recognize their own.

Module 5
Sexuality: Anatomy and release of pleasure.
Working on sexuality is not the same as working on sex. Sexuality actually reflects the way we act, speak, dress, and express emotions in all our relationships: emotional-sexual, in friendships, at work, in family, etc.
So, when we work assertively on sexuality, the last thing we’ll actually change is sex. Most of our attitudes, and even dysfunctions that emerge during intercourse, originate in trauma caused by lack of consent, which generates emotions we haven’t learned to manage and creates chronic tension in the body caused by stagnation of energy.
Therefore, it’s necessary, before delving into the anatomy of pleasure and deep genital release, to have these three pillars firmly in place.
Here, we’ll work primarily with the somatization of traumas in the genitals and pelvic floor, and how to treat them through pleasure. We’ll learn the anatomy of pleasure in the penis and vagina, as well as mapping for awareness and body education.

Module 6
Sexuality: Redefining your taboos and fears.
It’s during sex and in our relationships that our values, beliefs, taboos, fears, shame, guilt, and traumas most surface. We have difficulty associating the purity of love with the sacredness with which sex should be viewed. As much as we don’t want to, deep down we all have questions about our most intimate fantasies and desires and how to express them without fear of rejection or judgment.
In this module, we’ll explore fetishs, fantasies, desires, masturbation, pornography use, anal pleasure, and other taboos that are most common in our lives and in the lives of those who seek our help.

We’ll also go into detail about how to set up your space and introduce you to the world of aromatherapy, chromotherapy, and music therapy, which will help your participants enter and integrate their processes, as well as help create a space where they feel comfortable and safe to express themselves.
After the graduation ceremony, you’ll have one year to submit CSEIT internship reports (details will be provided during the course) and thus earn your therapist certificate.

Bringing Integrity to work with Sexuality.
Conscious Sexuality & Emotional Integration Therapy (SCEIT) opens a new paradigm for sexual and emotional education.
I believe (and attest) to the transformative power that integrated practices between body, mind, and energy can bring to profound healing, redefining, and bringing more pleasure to the body and life of everyone.
However, we must understand the potential risks of therapists without relevant knowledge or openness to work, retraumatizing or causing more harm than good to the people who seek them.
The mission here is clear: To bring more integrity to the field.
Integrity: When we think, act, and speak coherently.
Our process is integrative because I believe there is no way to achieve sustainable results by working only the body, only the mind, or only energy.
You can relax the body or give it medication, but if the mind isn’t addressed, the stories it creates will bring the body back to its default state.
There is no point in simply working on the stories the mind creates to protect us if we don’t learn to feel, name, and embrace our emotions and thus relax the body in situations where it is conditioned to tension.
There is no point in working the subtle field without aligning the body and mind because, no matter how much the vibrational level is initially raised, it will not be sustained if the single body that contains all the others, which is our physical body, remains tense.
Thus, the CSEIT certification process becomes an ongoing process of exchange, study, and deepening. A dynamic and organic process that honors your individual journey and is designed for those who truly seek this awakening.
In essence, being a Conscious Sexuality & Emotional Integration Therapist is much more than a certification; it’s an invitation to join a community of unique professionals who seek to bring love, awareness, and integrity to the field of sexuality.
And my commitment is to provide you with complete support as a student and therapist, from the very beginning.
It’s about ensuring you’re surrounded by like-minded people who resonate with your commitment to self-discovery.
Through training, individual conversations, and group discussions with other therapists, I want you to gain lasting insights so you can always follow your path with great clarity.
As Rumi says, lighting a candle doesn’t extinguish the others, but rather helps to illuminate the environment even more. I want more and more candles to be lit and help others illuminate this planet even more.

This training is for you who is:
Psychologist and/or Sexologist
Those who want to learn alternative approaches within sex therapy to enhance their sessions or understand how to work together with other CSEIT therapists.
Tantric Therapist
Those who want to understand the fundamentals of their profession and human behavior. Here, you’ll acquire unique tools, explained in detail, with a comprehensive theoretical foundation. This will enable you to create your own style.
Who simply seeks to know himself
Rather than training with hundreds of techniques, this course is a profound journey within yourself, where you will get in touch with your shadows and reframe them, learning to be your own therapist as well. I don’t believe in therapists who don’t work with themselves.
Holistic Therapist/Healer
Those who want to delve deeper into human sexuality and incorporate the body as a healing tool. CSEIT was developed to be integrated into any other therapeutic model, making you a unique therapist.
Who wants to improve their relationships
CSEIT is a journey of deep self-discovery and a review of your relationship shadows. Learning to communicate, understand your limits, feel your emotions, and get to know your body will take your relationships to another level.
This training isn’t for you who:
Who just wants to learn massages.
True therapists are willing to access the darkest corners within themselves. After all, you can only take another person as far as you’ve reached. That’s why practices and handouts are not released before in-person participation. I want to train unique, well-rounded, honest, and trustworthy therapists.
Who wants something simple and easy
Here we delve into the full complexity of human sexuality and its subjectivities and subtleties. A true therapist needs to learn to understand this to help their client chart their path. We’ll explore rich and profound content and experiences.
Who is not open to knowing himself
All training practices are permitted, meaning that if you exceed your limits, you must respect them and stop doing so. However, experience is an important pillar of the TIESC process. Every therapist needs to undergo therapy, and missing out on this opportunity to experiment in a safe and supportive environment. Focusing solely on theory won’t make you a true therapist.
Who is looking for a place for sexual exchanges
I’m sorry, but you’ll either be disappointed…or you’ll find yourself and work through all the shadows that lead you to this intention. The entire process will be about you, not your connection with the other person. All conscious and assertive sexuality work involves knowing yourself; the last thing you work on is the sexual relationship itself.
Who is afraid of the new
Here, we value and embrace the full diversity of human sexuality. We don’t work with polarities and strive to include people of all sexual orientations and genders. Therefore, it’s a rich environment for experiencing and learning from people you may never have encountered before. We’re here to break down prejudices, not create or reinforce them.
Now you’ll be ready to really help couples who come to you.
Relational dynamics are complex.
When couples come to me, it’s important to understand individual issues that interfere with the relationship, to understand which doors I can enter in each person and where each person experiences resistance. Interfering with relationships means delving into the depths of each person’s shadows, which are reflected in the relational body, and the slightest slip of the tongue can create resistance from one of the parties that will be difficult to reverse. During the course, we will cover:
- Couples’ counseling according to TIESC.
- Relationships are mirrors of our lights and shadows.
- Individual issues that influence relational aspects.
- Passion, love, and eros.
- Understanding relational dynamics: Monogamy and non-monogamy.
- Understanding the theory of the relational body.
- Polarity theory: The mature and immature masculine and feminine.
- How to work with polarities within each person and in relationships?
- Understanding the Differences Between Couples.

- Erotic Languages.
- How to Address Couple Incompatibilities Within Each of These Theories.
- Dealing with Projections/Types of Love.
- Wounded Children and Interference in Relationships.
- Dealing with Jealousy and Insecurities, Betrayal, and Abusive Relationships.
- Attachment Theory – How to Work with Each Style.
- The Drama Triangle and How to Work With It.
- 8 Main Couple Complaints (and How to Work with Each of Them).

Frequent questions:
If you have any doubt contact Warlas on number: 561-975-0435
I'm newbie, can I participate?
Absolutely. The entire course is designed for both beginners and advanced learners to explore their personal processes and learn tools. Everyone will be on the same level.
I'm not interested in being a therapist, is this training for me?
Yes. Rather than being a training process, the entire course was designed to be a transformative journey. About 40% of the classes are comprised of students seeking self-discovery and not aspiring to become therapists.
Will I have to be naked?
Some activities require nudity, and it’s advisable to remove all clothing when receiving massages. However, the entire environment and group integration are designed to prioritize creating a space of complete safety and trust so you can do this without any discomfort. This space, perhaps something you’ve never experienced before, is essential for redefining our view of nudity as something unnatural.
All practices are consensual, and if you feel it’s going beyond your limits, you don’t have to do it.
How many tools do you teach in the course?
I can’t say exactly how many, as it depends on the progress of each class. I know that touch therapy involves 13 different massage techniques. In one of my classes, during the fourth module, a student showed me a spreadsheet listing the techniques he’d learned, and there were already over 70, so I believe there are now over 100.
Can I go with my partner?
Absolutely! Many couples venture together on my course, and everyone leaves feeling stronger, both individually and as a couple. If you go with your partner, you can agree on a one-to-one exchange, participate in the raffle and exchange with others, or decide on a case-by-case basis. Your decision will be respected.
Will we have sexual intercourses during the training?
No. This is training for therapists and a journey of self-discovery. From the moment you begin to work on yourself and become more aware of yourself and how you relate to the world, your sexual interactions will gradually improve, so it’s not necessary to include it in the training. Just as CSEIT therapists don’t involve sex in sessions, it doesn’t make sense to include sacred interactions that should be done with intimate partners in the training.
